Privacy Policy URL is required for A2P 10DLC campaign registration
Effective June 30, 2026, Twilio and TCR strictly require the PrivacyPolicyUrl field to be populated in both Console and REST API campaign registration requests, in addition to being linked on the live opt-in page.
Why DCA Reviewers Trigger Error 30933
- The API payload sent to /v1/Services/{Sid}/Compliance/Usa2p omitted PrivacyPolicyUrl or passed an empty string.
- The opt-in webpage has no visible <a> link to the Privacy Policy.
